Domestic Orders in the continental US of $55 or more are FREE Shipping*
Orders under $55 will be charged a flat rate of $7.50.
We do our best to keep our profit margins as low as possible on all of our products. Large wholesale sizes have a small profit margin. Therefore, orders containing all gallons or ounce sizes of Essential Oils, or Carriers, may be required to share in the shipping charges. Should this be the case, you will be contacted by our fulfillment department and provided with a quote for the additional charge. Upon receipt of your quote, you can accept our terms or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
International Shared Shipping, Alaska and Hawaii
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When placing your order select the Check/money order method. This will generate an order that we can review. The order must consist of ml sizes or a mix of ml and ounce sizes to receive shared shipping. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will estimate the total shipping cost, notify you via email of the amount we will share in the shipping. If you accept we will process your order via PayPal or Credit Card or other process that we accept. If you decline we will simply cancel the order. NOTE: Fastest service, please choose USPS Priority Int'l. We cannot file an inquiry on the USPS First Class Packages until 60 days after shipment.
*Domestic orders containing mostly sixteen-ounce essential oils and carrier oils or Hydrosols ounce sizes over 16 ounces may be asked to share the shipping cost. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you prior to the processing of your order for your approval.
Returns Policy
Having to return a product is always a disappointment. We want you to be a happy customer and we're going to do everything possible to see that you are happy with the resolution.

You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, International four weeks, of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
