Description

Use as a room fragrance by taking a few drops in room diffusers to refresh and uplift the emotions, and for lifting mild depression or lethargy.

Spasmodic coughs and nasal or bronchial congestion may be eased by placing a few drops of Basil oil into hot water, then inhale the rising vapor through the mouth.

Add a few drops to your bath and blend with other intellectually stimulating oils such as Rosemary, Pine, or Bergamot to wake up the mind and get you going following a disturbed or restless sleep.

Basil oil could cause severe poisoning if a 5 ml. bottle were accidentally consumed by a child, if this should occur immediate medical help must be obtained.
