The health benefits of cinnamon can be attributed to its antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, astringent and anticlotting properties. Cinnamon is rich in essential minerals such as manganese, iron and calcium, while also having a high content of fiber.

Caution:  THIS OIL MUST BE DILUTED PRIOR TO APPLYING TO THE SKIN.  Do not use it on anyone known to be allergic to spices in their food, or allergic to aftershaves or perfumes. Not advisable for use in early pregnancy. This oil must be kept away from children and the eyes.

    I use this to make disinfectant sprays and it's wonderful. I keep this one on hand.
