Blue Comfort is a soothing, calming, relaxing blend of pure essential oils. It is my personal opinion that this blend should have additional dilution. A dilution of three parts carrier one part Blue Comfort prior to applying to the skin is a good starting point.
If you have no experience using Essential Oils I strongly suggest you meet with an experienced Aroma Therapist prior to using any essential oil or essential oil blend.
Blue Comfort Contains: French Lavender, Corsican Helichrysum, Carrot Seed Oil, German and Roman Chamomile, Blue Tansy
I place a few drops of the blue Comfort oil in the coconut oil. Then I drove the mixture on tight muscles to help relax them. I do this once a day but also need to use other lotions throughout the day. Does not penetrate deep when I'm just rubbing it on. But what I massage therapist rubs it in deeply it has a much more of a lasting effect. Has a pleasing scent.
I use the blue comfort to aid in relaxing my muscles. It works very nicely and helps to calm me. Greatly appreciate and put from Appalachian Valley for the desirable dilution ratio dilution ratio.
Out of the blue I developed an ankle/leg issue that caused me to slightly limp. Intuition caused me to mix several drops of this blend with a tsp of black seed oil and massage it into the area and just like that pain gone and no limp required.
It is not very strong when sniffed out of the bottle but soon turned into a blueish mist blended into the back ground. Chrysanthemums highlighted the fresh and comfort but the lavender rounded them up and pulled them back from the sharp metal felling to the sweet soft and comfort side. It can't fill the space like other flower oils but does make the little sharp and sweet balanced. It's like a person with some character at work goes to his/her little cozy cottage.
