ROOM FRAGRANCE: Some love, some hat, and I say camphor is ok but not a favorite as a room fragrance.  Camphor is an excellent insect repellent.  As with many essential oils just a few drops of the oil on a tissue or place in hot water and the aroma will soon fill the house.

INHALATION: Just a couple of drops in hot water, towel over you head and softly inhale will help with and any difficult breathing.  Camphor oil is not safe to be use for young children and its application is for short term use only for adults.

BATHS: Do not use in baths.

MASSAGE: Good for local application in massage for aches and pains of muscles and joints. Camphor is not a good choice for general body massage.

Caution:  Camphor oil should never be used neat (undiluted), and not for more than a few days.  It should never be used where babies and infants could inhale. Do not use during pregnancy and keep this and ALL essential oils well away from children and pets. You do not want to get Camphor in your eyes.
