ROOM FRAGRANCE: As a refreshing, stimulating fragrance. These properties may make it useful for lethargic states especially where loss of appetite is also involved. This coriander has a slightly higher Linalool content compared to the US Coriander.
BATHS: A stimulating and refreshing oil for the bath.
MASSAGE: The use of a few drops of this oil may relieve rheumatism; some aromatherapists say it relieves anxiety and headaches.
Caution: Coriander oil has been implicated as a possible rare allergen. If used for massage, careful observation should be made of the skin for any signs of irritation. It would be wiser to avoid its use on anyone known to be allergic to perfumes or spicy foods. Keep the oil away from young children and the eyes.
This is my all-time favorite spice. It has gorgeous aroma and blends well with almost everything, especially orange and white grapefruit...Gorgeous!
