    Smells amazing

It's very thick. Doesn't move while cold. Smells amazing! Warmed it up 120° and mixed it with lavender essential oil to use as an anchor for essential oils. All make sure I use less than .1% of oakmoss in my soaps to avoid causing skin sensitivity issues.

Not your typical essential oil, serious material

Posted by D Balcom on Aug 23rd 2022

Oakmoss Absolute. To be clear, this is not your typical "essential oil" in the sense that it is more like the consistency of a thick molasses. It is very condensed and requires specific handling to be proficiently utilized. Unless you have a very specific need for this, I would recommend getting anything over 5ml, just to facilitate easier processing. Outstanding sample and I will immediately order more. Impeccable quality, fast and well protected shipping.

    Intense

Oakmoss is a very thick and very intense scent. I make small 2ml 10% dilutions with fractionated coconut oil. The deep rich scent is still there, but it won't over power my blend. If you like strong woody scents get this, and experiment with different degrees of dilution.

The best EO money can buy. I used one drop in my diffuser and came up with a deep, woodsy, mellow fragrance. I found it to be calming and relaxing especially after a long workday. Get it and try it. You will not be disappointed!!!

    WoW

This oil is incredible. I actually struggled with it until I figured out that you really only need one tiny drop if going directly into the diffuser OR 2 or 3 if making a bottled blend. The OTHER key component is to stir it into the other oils. At first, I blended this directly into my diffuser with a few other oils and it was over powering the other scents at times and never working with the other oils but rather battling against them.... until I realized I had to stir it in to the other oils. Then it turned into this magical foundation smoothly enhancing and connecting the other oils. Fairly tenastic as well. 1. Use Very Little 2. Stir! 3. Be amazed at what this does to other oils
