Plai is one of the best essential oils for treating, aches, pains and inflammation. I use this oil for any pain and the effect is immediate relief. I mix black pepper for circulation. Wonderful oil.
It took a while to use this because the smell is not terribly appealing to me, even though it's kind of minty. However, the rewards far outweigh that minor issue. It has a substantial and fairly immediate effect on severe aches. I've used it for peripheral pain and muscular pain with outstanding results.
This effectively ease my tension neck pain when blended in massage oil.
