Sandalwood has been used as an Antidepressant, aphrodisiac, for insomnia, obsessions, grief. Can be used for relaxing bath products if used in a solubilizer. Very effective at soothing sore airways caused by colds, flu, dry cough, etc. Used for soothing cracked and chapped skin.
I'm giving this oils a 4-star only because of concern around sustainability of India-derived Sandalwood. However, the constituent percentages are where they should be to be effective. I'd be interested in a Hawaiian Sandalwood as long as the constituents are high enough.

I am so in love with the Sandalwood I received from Appalachian Valley! Once again, if you are looking for the true, non-commercial aroma of your oil, this is the place to purchase it! It’s warm, smooth, creamy and woody. Definitely need a bigger bottle!!

I’ve tried many Sandlewood oils, this is by far the best! We have so many memories tied to us through scents...this is the exact Sandlewood from my earliest/best memories of it.
It’s nice but can’t say I would order again.
