Description

Our White Spruce is a certified organic* essential oil that is steam distilled from the wildcrafted needles and twigs of the white spruce tree growing wild in the forests of Canada.

A good use of this wonderful aroma is as a respiratory aid.  If you are suffering with congestion, feel a cold coming on, reach for this oil.

White Spruce, Picea glauca, is a species of spruce native to the northern temperate and forests of North America. Picea glauca was originally native from central Alaska all through the east, across southern/central Canada. The white spruce is a large coniferous evergreen tree which grows normally to 15 to 30 m (50 to 100 ft) tall but can grow up to 40 m (130 ft) tall with a trunk diameter of up to 1 m (3.3 ft). The bark is thin and scaly, flaking off in small circular plates 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 in) across.

White spruce is cheery and fresh!

Posted by Kristina Withakay on Jun 3rd 2025

This is the least piney smelling conifer oil there is, while still maintaining that uplifting and bright coniferous scent. This is a very rejuvenating type of oil. I use this as a substitute for blue spruce in blends, as blue spruce smells similar but has such a higher price tag. I highly recommend this oil to fight fatigue and exhaustion without being over-stimulating, its freshness changes everything about the mood around you. High quality oil as well.

This oil ( to me) smells like fresh clean air. Spruce white has this beautiful crisp clean tree aroma that i would assume is the aroma of a forest filled with this tree. It helps calm me down and i adore this one
