ROOM FRAGRANCE: Generally a stimulating, refreshing fragrance, which may help clear and stimulate the mind.
INHALATION: If the vapor is inhaled from a few drops of the oil placed in hot water, it may help ease coughs, colds or influenza. It may also be found particularly helpful for lifting the mental debilitation caused by repeated or persistent infections.
BATHS: This oil can make a good invigorating bath, which may help overcome lethargic states; its mild anti bacterial and warming properties may provide some relief from congestive bronchial ailments.
MASSAGE: Cardamom can be particularly useful for tight muscles, or for any of the conditions already mentioned.
Cardamom oil is colorless when fresh, but becomes much thicker, deeper yellow and with a less sweet aroma with age. The fragrance is warm, spicy and aromatic
